This landmark and historic city centre entertainments venue features a Classic style Concert Hall, Art Deco Ballroom, and the Memorial Hall.

Tickets can be booked in person from the Box Office - Opening Hours Monday to Saturday 9.30am - 5.30pm.  The Box Office will remain open on event days until the first interval.

Sunday Performances - the Box Office will open one hour prior to the start of the event.

Tickets can be purchased by cash, credit / debit card, cheque or postal order. All cheques should be made payable to Sheffield International Venues Ltd.

Some shows may have a concession for children under 16, carers, students and senior sitizens.  Please check the website to see which shows have a concession available - you may be asked to provide evidence that you are entitled to purchase tickets at a concessionary rate. 

Please note tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once a transaction has been completed.

Reservations
Unfortunately, Sheffield City Hall currently cannot take reservations for performances.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause patrons for Danceworks events at the City Hall.
