Ramp Access, foyer toilet, lift and usher assistance is available for people in wheelchairs
(no lift at the theatre).
Access Dogs are allowed in the auditorium, both at the Arts Centre and Civic
Theatre. We will provide a complementary bowl of water for access dogs.
Although seating is unreserved at the Arts Centre, if you have special needs, tell us at the time of booking and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Free Braille information and large print are available upon request. if you know somebody that would benefit from this information please let them know that this service is available.
The Civic Theatre offers a commentary for visually impaired patrons for most plays, musicals and some variety shows. Please book the necessary headset and commentary when booking your tickets.
You may sit anywhere in the house to use this system, and will be required to pay a £1 deposit which will be refunded on the return of the device.
Both the Arts Centre and the Civic Theatre offer an induction loop, please advise Box Office staff if you wish to use this system.
