Dancing on Your Grave

Danceworks regulars in Sheffield, The Cholmondeleys and The Featherstonehaughs will this season bring their ghoulish celebration of gallows humour Dancing on Your Grave to the newly refurbished Civic, Barnsley.

A five piece troupe of deceased and downtrodden music hall artistes, The Corpse de Ballet are struck on an endless purgatorial tour.  This all-singing, all-dancing music hall experience features live music written and performed on stage by composer Steve Blake and ukulele-bashing minstrel Nigel Burch of The Flea Pit Orchestra.

This latest offering from Lea Anderson is a humorous music hall act with an ethereal twist.
